The system

Nine stages. Nothing improvised.

This is the whole system, in the order it runs. Every stage says what I handle, what I need from you, and what you actually end up holding at the end of it. The package boundaries are marked, so you can see exactly where one thing you paid for stops and the next begins.

Qualify

Free

Before anyone pays, we both check this is a fit.

15 min call

Qualify

A short form, then a 15 minute call to confirm we're a match before any money moves.

What I do

  • Read your fit-check answers before we speak, so the call isn't a questionnaire
  • Score you against the profile this actually works for, and say so if you're not it
  • Discovery call: confirm the fit and recommend the package that matches your goal
  • Contract and first invoice

What you do

  • Fill the fit-check form (2 to 3 minutes)
  • Book the 15 minute call
  • Sign, pay, and hand over LinkedIn access plus a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel

You end up withA signed contract, the first invoice, and the channel we'll talk in from here on.

Personal Brand Creation

$500 · one-time

Your brand, documented. Yours to keep whether or not we continue.

01

60 to 90 min interview

Insight foraging

One long recorded interview, transcribed word for word. Everything you said becomes raw material.

What I do

  • Build the question set before we talk: a fixed core, plus questions written for you
  • Record the interview
  • Transcribe your answers verbatim. Your phrasing is the product, so it doesn't get paraphrased
  • Note where you got loud, where you hedged, where you went off-script. That's usually where the good posts are
  • File it all into a raw insight bank alongside the customer research

What you do

  • Show up to one call and talk
  • Prepare nothing. Preparing is how people end up sounding like their own brochure

You end up withAn insight bank: your words, your stories, and what your customers say about you.

02

Runs alongside stage 01

LinkedIn audit

Where you're starting from, what you already tried, and what the people your ICP follows are doing.

What I do

  • Full profile audit: headline, About, Featured, and everything you've posted so far
  • Competitor research across the accounts your ICP already reads
  • Write the conclusions into the same insight bank, so the strategy comes from one source

What you do

  • Tell me what you already tried and how it went, flops included. The flops are the useful part

You end up withAudit conclusions, appended to the insight bank.

03

Delivered as one package

Branding and positioning

The insight bank becomes a brand: ICP, positioning, and guidelines anyone you hire can work from.

What I do

  • Crystal clear ICP definition
  • Positioning, and how you differ from everyone your ICP already reads
  • Branding through repetitive patterns: a phrase you repeat, a content series, a colour. Different for every person
  • Brand guidelines for designers: social assets, website, landing pages
  • Brand guidelines for content teams: choice of words, do's and don'ts, personality, the formal to informal ratio, and how to approach LinkedIn, X or a paid community
  • SEO and GEO opportunities
  • A 3-month roadmap, so the work gets used instead of gathering dust
  • Check the delivery against a written checklist, so nothing I promised goes missing

What you do

  • One revision round. Tell me what doesn't sound like you

You end up withYour personal brand, documented and yours to keep. Personal Brand Creation ends here.

Personal Brand Execution

$1,200 / month

The brand, run for you every month.

04

First two weeks

Execution setup

Profile rewritten, strategy set, content bank stocked, and the review routine agreed in writing.

What I do

  • Content strategy: pillars, themes, posting frequency, and how we go after engagement, leads and authority
  • Build the content bank in a shared calendar, seeded from the insight bank
  • LinkedIn profile rewrite: headline, About, Featured, aligned to the positioning
  • Set the tone of voice down in writing, so it's a standard and not a vibe
  • Agree the approval flow and the check-in routine with you

What you do

  • Approve the profile rewrite and the strategy
  • Tell me how you want to review posts, and how fast you can turn them around

You end up withA rewritten profile, an approved strategy, and a stocked content bank.

05

Monthly · 12 posts

Production loop

Check-ins feed the bank, posts get written in your voice, you review, I schedule and publish.

What I do

  • Daily check-ins: short questions about what you're working on. Not to chase you, to catch material while it's fresh
  • Turn the check-ins into ideas and file them in the content bank
  • Pull a topic from the bank and set the intent: what this specific post is for
  • Write the body, then mine it for the hook
  • Add a visual only if it earns its place, then the CTA
  • Internal edit pass before anything reaches you
  • Schedule and publish

What you do

  • Answer the check-ins. A voice note is enough
  • Review inside the agreed window, so the calendar doesn't stall

You end up with12 posts a month, published in your voice.

06

Monthly

Measure and adjust

Numbers pulled, tagged against the pillars, and the strategy updated on a call.

What I do

  • Pull performance: impressions, profile views, inbound DMs, and the quality of the new connections
  • Tag what worked against the content pillars, so next month leans on evidence instead of taste
  • Log every decision back into the strategy doc

What you do

  • One call a month: wrap-up, report, next priorities. You refill the insight bank while we talk

You end up withA monthly report, and a strategy doc that reflects what we learned.

Add-ons

From $500 / month
